Dear Alpha Phi Alumnae and Friends,
On August 14th, we are having a fund raiser to raise money for our newly revitalized Alumnae Chapter in Salt Lake. It will be a HUGE yard sale that will have new and gently used items for sale. We need 3 things from you:
1. We need your new and gently used items to be donated to the yard sale. Without things to sale....there will be no yard sale! Please message me (Rachelle Gunderson Smith) ...or the Alumnae page to receive details about where to drop off those items you are willing to donate! I am also willing to come to your house to pick up your donations. Donations will be collected up until August 13th.
2. We also need Alumnae to sign up to help at the Yard Sale. Each shift is 2 hours long and we need at least 3 women (or family members or friends-anyone can help) for each slot. Just choose a time slot and type it in a comment with your name! We need at
least 3 volunteers for each time slot!
6:00am-8:00am (Set-up)
8:00am-10:00am
10:00am-12:00pm
12:00pm-2:00pm
2:00pm-3:00pm (Take-down)
3. Tell your family and friends to come to the Yard Sale on Saturday, August 14th from 7:00am-2:00pm. 5555 South 700 West- Murray, Utah
